Oh My Word, it’s time for Durban 70.3!
Winter training means I’m literally going in without having done any swims and having hurt my back (Bounce – The Trampoline party) I’ve not done any running.
I have however, been putting on weight after dropping 6kgs in the build up for IronMan PE 2015. I love burgers. So many burgers. Now the question is, will the early morning winter rides be enough to get me over the line in a respectable time come 2 August 2015?
